Rediscovered!

I had been going thru my piles of sketches and pads and I came across these 4 images that I had made when I was working at a Post-House in Burbank. It would get really slow in the afternoons and I would have plenty of time on my hands...So these were produced during that sluggish time. I think they are rather pretty...Enjoy!

Zodiac

This Zodiac was an assignment from an Illustration class I took a year ago. I tried to put my own spin on the idea. It turned out pretty good in my opinion..although i'm curious to update it and polish it up a bit more. We shall see....

Fall Follies

These images were an assignment for an Illustration class I took a year ago. It was good practice and I had fun doing them. We had to create illustrations for segments in an imaginary magazine. The scarecrow was for film, the pumpkin for music & the turkey for books. Silly fun!

Green Thumb Bridgette

This is a sketch of a girl for the same client as my previous posts. Only this girl was rejected since she had a more innocent quality and not sexy enough. Oh well..I will finish her on my own as a personal project and post the completed version soon...Don't worry Bridgette!!! You shall live soon...

Crawling Girl

Another sexy girl for the same client as the other pin-up girls. They wanted her crawling and looking sexy. They opted for another version with her back less arched.

Rosie Pin-up Girl

This is an inked version of a pin-up style girl I did for a client of mine. She was hand drawn and inked then scanned into Illustrator. The final version is colored using Illustrator. I shall post it soon..

Valentine Contest Entry

This is my entry for a Valentine Card for Tigerprint.com. They have monthly contests for illustrators to design a card. The winning entry is made into a card that is sold and a monetary prize as well. It was fun working on this one.

Flawed-Illustration Friday
